In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Dissolve the sourdough starter in warm water, then add to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 3-4 hours.
Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) with a pizza stone inside.
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
Roll out each part on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce, add cheese and toppings, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
