Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon herbs optional
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, and salt.
  • Add olive oil and mix until crumbly.
  • If using, add garlic powder and herbs.
  • Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Cut into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
