Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter active
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

  • Stir in the sourdough starter until fully incorporated.

  • Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
