Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear the turkey wings for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the wings and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and mix well.
Return the turkey wings to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
