Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear the turkey wings for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the wings and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream and mix well.
  • Return the turkey wings to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
