Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off excess.

  • Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
