Place the meat balls onto the hot skillet.
Smash each ball down to about 1/2 inch thick using a spatula.
Season the patties with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and crispy.
Flip the patties and place a slice of cheese on each.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
