Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Remove chops and place them in the slow cooker.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic over the pork chops.
  • Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle thyme and rosemary on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
