Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-sized florets.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Toss in the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Push broccoli to one side and add the shrimp.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
Drizzle sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for another minute to combine flavors.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
