Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-sized florets.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Toss in the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Push broccoli to one side and add the shrimp.
  • Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  • Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  • Drizzle sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for another minute to combine flavors.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.
