Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage breakfast or Italian
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add the Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
