Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Prepare the salsa verde by blending tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeños.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the salsa verde over it.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
