Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer half of the cooked ravioli over the sauce.
Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
