Ingredients

  • 200 g ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or pork broth
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 100 g sliced chashu pork
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Pickled ginger to taste
  • Optional: chili oil for spice

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Heat broth in a separate pot.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil into the hot broth.
  • Drain cooked noodles and divide into two bowls.
  • Pour hot broth over noodles.
  • Top with sliced chashu pork.
  • Add soft-boiled egg halves.
  • Garnish with green onions and pickled ginger.
  • Add a sheet of nori for garnish.
