Boil water in a large pot.
Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Heat broth in a separate pot.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil into the hot broth.
Drain cooked noodles and divide into two bowls.
Pour hot broth over noodles.
Top with sliced chashu pork.
Add soft-boiled egg halves.
Garnish with green onions and pickled ginger.
Add a sheet of nori for garnish.
