Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it foams.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
