Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press each ball gently with a fork to flatten slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
