Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
