Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
