Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Roll each portion into an oval shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the rolled naan on the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side.
Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and garnish with garlic or cilantro if desired.
