Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces.
