Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring optional
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
