Ingredients

  • 12 mini rolls or slider buns
  • 200 g deli meats ham, turkey, or salami
  • 150 g cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise or mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles cucumbers, or avocado slices

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Slice the mini rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on each half.
  • Layer a piece of cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Add a slice of your chosen deli meat on top of the cheese.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on the meat.
  • Add a slice of tomato and any other toppings.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Close the sandwich and secure with a toothpick.
  • Repeat the process until all rolls are filled.
