Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the meatballs with pasta or on a sub roll.
  • Garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
