Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned.
While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the meatballs with pasta or on a sub roll.
Garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
