Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the mangoes.
  • Add mango chunks to a blender.
  • Pour in the yogurt and milk.
  • Add sugar to taste and ground cardamom.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Optionally add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or a sprinkle of cardamom.
