- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes optional
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
Peel and dice the mangoes.
Add mango chunks to a blender.
Pour in the yogurt and milk.
Add sugar to taste and ground cardamom.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Optionally add ice cubes and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Pour into glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves or a sprinkle of cardamom.
