Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled cup.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry each mac and cheese bite until crispy on all sides.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
