  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
