Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash the kale thoroughly and pat it dry with a towel.
  • Remove the thick stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil until well coated.
  • Add sea salt and any optional seasonings, mixing thoroughly.
  • Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, checking halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven when the kale is crispy and slightly browned.
  • Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for later!
