Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Assorted vegetables zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by marinating the steak. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place the steak in the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.
  • Chop the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle vegetable oil on the grill to prevent sticking.
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Add the vegetables to the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Remove the steak and vegetables from the grill once done.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve with grilled vegetables and lemon wedges.
