Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in diced carrots and potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
