  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions
  • Pickles
  • Cheese slices optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Gently mix until just combined; avoid overworking the meat.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
  • Place the patties on the grill or skillet.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
