Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, and egg.
  • Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While baking, prepare your sauce or side dishes.
  • Once cooked, remove meatballs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
