Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Once browned, drain excess fat from the skillet.
Mix in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, allowing to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the beef sauce, stirring to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
