Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
  • Place chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill.
  • Grill for 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy and browned.
  • Flip the chicken and grill for another 7-10 minutes.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
