Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the sugar, Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract.
Mix the wet ingredients until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
If using, gently fold in blueberries or chocolate chips.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
