Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries, or apricots

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and nuts.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, oil, vanilla, and salt.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Add the dried fruits and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  • Serve with yogurt or milk, or enjoy it as is!
