Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Lightly flour a surface and turn out the dough.
  • Knead the dough gently until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into smaller portions.
  • Roll each portion into a rope, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cut the ropes into 1-inch pieces and create ridges with a fork.
  • Drop the gnocchi into boiling water and cook until they float.
