Wash and peel the baby carrots if necessary.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and honey to the melted butter and stir until dissolved.
Add the carrots to the skillet and stir to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the skillet and cook the carrots for about 10 minutes.
Uncover and stir occasionally until the carrots are tender and glazed, about 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve warm and enjoy!
