Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese.
  • Once wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl.
  • Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
