Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet, mixing well with the onions and garlic.

  • For added flavor, drizzle with apple cider vinegar and sprinkle sugar if desired.
