Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
Remove the beef and set it aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the skillet.
Return the beef to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the broth.
Place the shredded beef on slider buns, top with cheese, and bake until the cheese is melted.
