In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix warm water and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth.
Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
Transfer the dough to a lined baking tray and stretch it out gently.
Using your fingers, create dimples in the dough.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs and sea salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
