Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature.
Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet to prevent sticking.
Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side.
Flip the steak and cook for another 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
Check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare).
Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
