Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
Place the fish on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky.
While the fish cooks, warm the corn tortillas on another skillet for about 30 seconds each side.
Once cooked, remove the fish and let it rest for a minute.
Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas.
Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and cilantro on top.
Serve with lime wedges and optional avocado slices or hot sauce.
