Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or turkey
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sriracha for heat

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground meat.
  • Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  • Stir in the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
  • Serve hot, garnished with more green onions if desired.
  • For added heat, drizzle with Sriracha before serving.
