Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Flatten the chicken breasts for even cooking.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip the chicken in beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
