In a bowl, mix sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sugar to create the sauce.
Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet with the pork.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with crushed peanuts.
Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
