Ingredients

  • 200 g Chinese wheat noodles
  • 100 g ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Peanuts crushed (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and add the ground pork.
  • Stir-fry the pork until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • In a bowl, mix sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sugar to create the sauce.
  • Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet with the pork.
  • Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
  • Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with crushed peanuts.
  • Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
