Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients by draining and chopping the artichoke hearts and thawing the spinach.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the chopped artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours.
  • Stir the dip halfway through the cooking time to ensure even melting.
  • Once the dip is bubbly and heated through, turn off the crockpot.
