Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
In a bowl, combine chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and cream of mushroom soup.
Pour half the mixture into the crockpot.
Place the seared pork chops in the crockpot.
Pour the remaining mixture over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Once done, remove chops and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs.
