Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Pour half the mixture into the crockpot.
  • Place the seared pork chops in the crockpot.
  • Pour the remaining mixture over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once done, remove chops and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs.
