Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey or beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry sauce.
  • In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat.
  • Stir until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
  • Once the meatballs are done, add them to the saucepan and coat with the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
