Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef and ground pork.
  • Add breadcrumbs and chopped onion to the meat mixture.
  • Pour in milk and add eggs; mix until well combined.
  • Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  • Spread additional ketchup on top for a glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
