Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a flat round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Place one flatbread in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the flatbread and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Repeat with remaining dough pieces.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
