In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for the topping.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the topping.
Spread remaining batter and top with the remaining mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
